What you will do as a Logistics Recruiting Partner
- Conduct in-take sessions directly with client hiring managers to build strategic hiring strategies that covers risks and gaps, ensuring you understand current and future needs of our clients as well as hiring expectations.
- Source active and passive talent utilizing a variety of sourcing platforms, to build qualified talent pipelines.
- Qualify and conduct pre-screening tests and interviews with candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit.
- Present a list of qualified candidates with recommendations to interview the top 2 -3 candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and our candidates.
- Close negotiation with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure the offer is mutually beneficial.Â
What you'll need to qualify as our next Logistics Recruiting Partner
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, from a four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and Recruiting related experience.Â
- 3+ years’ of recruiting experience, preferably in the Logistics/Maintenance/Warehouse industry.
- Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
- RPO experience a big plus.
- Strong people skills, along with the desire to build and manage client and candidate relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- A winning attitude.
- Experience working with MS Excel, MS Teams, any ATS, CRM – Lever, SuccessFactors, Ceridian, Clear Company, Workday, etc.
- Experience with Predictive Index (PI) highly desirable
*Must be able to work from these locations: FL, OH, TX, NC, SC, GA, NJ (anywhere in Central/East)
