Wider Circle is seeking passionate individuals to participate in our Peer Calling campaign. Do you love talking to people? Do you have at least four hours per day during the week? Are you Medicare-eligible? Would you like to earn extra money? If so, contact us about joining our Circle!

At Wider Circle, we connect neighbors for better health. Wider Circle's groundbreaking Connect for Life® program brings neighbors together in-person and online for health, wellness, and social activities that improve mental and physical health. We create webs of community circles by employing local and culturally competent engagement specialists whose hands-on approach to forming trusted circles is informed by a sophisticated analytics platform. We are on a mission to make the world a better place for older adults and disadvantaged communities.

Responsibilities:

• You will maintain a consistent level of productivity, enthusiasm, and energy while making daily outbound calls.
• You will master the details of campaign workflows and scripts while developing a conversational style that highlights your personality and leads to great conversations.
• You will effectively engage with members during calls.
• You will enter and update member information and notate conversations in our call system.
• You will maintain a positive, professional attitude when dealing with health plan members.

• You have experience being a member of a Medicare Advantage Plan.
• You have a passion for helping people and serving others.
• You have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work a minimum of two hours during the day.
• You have strong people skills and are comfortable on the phone with others.
• You can work independently, maintaining a consistent work ethic in a remote work environment with little oversight.
• You are committed to a drug-free workplace and ready for pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
• Are In the PT or MT time zones

• $16/hour
• Flexible schedule
• This is a contract position
