ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• Follow established process to create invoices
• Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices
• Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate
• Download monthly billing reports, verify amounts and create billing files to upload to the accounting system
• Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month
• Manage large volume of data

ABOUT YOU:

• Reside in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Rigor and methodology 
• Advance knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups…)
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem solving
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Autonomous
• Good team player
• Knowledge of Sage 50, Quickbooks or other accounting software
• Bilingual (French and English) 
• Highly computer literate 
• Some travel 

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Knowledge of digital advertising/marketing
