As a Collection Specialist you will help manage and optimize our collection processes. In this role you'll take ownership of outstanding invoices and payments working independently to minimize profit loss while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. If you thrive in problem-solving enjoy working with automated payment systems and have a keen eye for detail we'd love to hear from you!
Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Collections & Billing role - Required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) - Required
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce - Required
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently take initiative and adapt to an evolving automated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or a related field - Preferred
  • Experience working with global teams and in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding invoices ensuring timely resolution while following company policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries resolving billing issues and facilitating collections.
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash application
  • Analyze and report on aging accounts disputes and collection trends to support financial decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and success rates.
  • Prepare monitor and evaluate collection performance metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align collection efforts and optimize financial processes.
  • Enforce credit policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and prevent excessive credit exposure.
  • Participate in key strategic initiatives and support ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Base salaries for this role range from $66000 - $85000 USD per year.
