The Billing Audit Analyst supports the Billing Audit Manager by reviewing invoices to validate key data points and to ensure billing accuracy prior to batching. This position will also assist with updating batches per the outlined adjustments requested by account holders and submit client batches.

The Billing Audit Analyst supports the Billing Audit Manager by reviewing invoices to validate key data points and to ensure billing accuracy prior to batching. This position will also assist with updating batches per the outlined adjustments requested by account holders and submit client batches.
Responsibilities
- Maintain current knowledge of billing requirements for all verticals
- Acts as the primary auditor for all existing accounts as designated by management
- Review invoices for pricing, margins, rates, and fund allocation accuracy prior to batching
- Review invoice discrepancies per standard procedures; resolves or escalates discrepancies for further review
- Perform daily and weekly client batch audits and reviews per the outlined batch schedule
- Update batches per the adjusts outlined by the account holder
- Enter invoices through the company proprietary technology as needed
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing specialized billing tasks with efficient and accurate results
- Perform quality reviews on completed invoices
- Independently manage time and tasks related to multiple clients
- Foster a positive team environment

- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous billing or invoicing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SMS Assist client billing guidelines is preferred
