Billing Operations Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a Billing Operations Specilaist, with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Hospitality Partnerships, this role serves as a critical member of the team, and is responsible for facilitating shifts and billing leveraging VMS Software between Instawork and top hospitality partners. This role requires experience in sales, and or account management and finance and or accounting. This is a detail oriented position that requires a track record of success.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in onboarding calls with new partners to explain the responsibilities of everyone involved as it relates to placing orders on the Instawork Dashboard, placing reqs in the VMS system, accepting candidates and approving hours.
• Create resources/candidates in the VMS system.
• Submit hours worked in the VMS system.
• Reconcile hours with Instawork dashboard/ partner timekeeping system.
• Track approved and rejected timecards and make adjustments.
• Track payments.
• Work closely with accounting to help them apply payments.
• Coordinate with partners when items are needed.
• Meet regularly with MSP and VMS administrators.

Who You Are

• 1+ years experience in business, sales, account management, finance or related fields.
• A track record of success.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Experience operating and excelling in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
