• % salary equity granted on 4 year vesting schedule.

Summary of Role:

Asset Reality a series A funded startup and trusted leader in seized asset management is seeking a self driven full stack software engineer. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable training and experience in delivering innovative solutions; with experience of GoLang React blockchain and cloud technology along with a passion for start-ups. As an engineer at Asset Reality you will play a critical role in innovating and influencing exciting technologies to an emerging sector. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front and backend technology.

• Participate and influence in design and engineering decisions.

• Take ownership and responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of specific components and services.

• Implement best practices processes and tools to optimize development efficiency quality and scalability while accommodating the unique challenges and opportunities of a startup environment

• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies industry trends and advancements driving innovation within the engineering team and supporting our startup's growth trajectory

Requirements

• Proven experience of delivering software in either React or GoLang along with an understanding or experience of DevOps principles.

• Strong technical background with a passion for start-ups.

• Interest or understanding of blockchain principles protocols and smart contract development.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results meeting deadlines and ensuring the security and integrity of systems.

• Self-motivated and collaborative team member comfortable working fully remote.
