Join us as a Senior BI Data Analyst on our Revenue Operations Analytics Team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will be part of critical projects which accelerate the pace of profitable growth for Boomi. This role will work with across all Boomi Functions and Data sources to own new data analytics efforts, deliver new insights for the business, and build scalable reporting tools. You will deliver new ways of visualizing the create to close funnel which is in high demand across functions. A successful candidate will be collaborative and highly analytical with a passion for solving problems in both a production and ad hoc environment.

You will:

• Develop and understanding of Boomi’s data and become a thought leader to take Boomi to the next level
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify key requirements for new initiatives
• Collect, structure, and analyze data required for quantitative and qualitative Revenue Operations programs which support annual planning, predictive modeling, and strategic projects across functions
• Establish strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, services, and operations to bridge functions’ revenue goals
• Build and own operational models that support strategic planning

Essential Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferred in Analytics, Growth Strategy, and/or Operations functions, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Excellent data analytics and modeling skills required (Minimum: Excel and Power BI)
• Ability to take a problem statement, use independent judgement in identifying the root causes, and recommend process improvements in varying degrees of scope and complexity
• Must be able to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, with changing priorities
• Strong business and sales acumen required
• Strong interest in learning systems and processes across functions to solve problems

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in using data visualization software
• Power BI preferred
