Brakes Repair Technician - Union City, CA Great opportunity to work at a Union City, CA for an international manufacturing firm! Position requires mechanical experience ideally with autos, trucks, or heavy industrial equipment as well as common sense, a willing attitude and good work ethic. Job Duties: • Disassemble equipment and clean as needed. • Perform basic initial evaluation and inspection of equipment as assigned. • Document evaluation finding and generate a Technician Evaluation Report. • Routing of wires and installing crimp terminations and/or connectors as instructed by Sr. Personnel. • Assist in testing equipment and recording test results. • Perform component level testing as required. • Interpret readings on gages, indicators, and dials. • Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment as instructed. • Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members, as directed, and any other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader or Sr. Personnel. • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies.Qualifications: • Must be able to use tools such as multi-meters, torque wrenches, etc. • Read mechanical drawings. • Experience with MS Office required.Jobsite Location:Union City, CA Work Hours:4/10 Work Week Schedule (Monday – Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) • Mandatory Overtime may be required every other FridayJob Type:Contract to Hire Pay Rate:$25.62 per hour Qualified candidates submit your resume today! #INDTTT
