This role offers the chance to shape and grow a brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms, combining creativity, strategy, and analytical insight. You will be responsible for managing content calendars, creating engaging campaigns, and optimizing digital strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publication across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy, blog posts, captions, and other digital content aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and external partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Support cross-functional teams with communications, PR, events, and long-term projects.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a brand or social media manager, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with graphic design tools and digital content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing best practices and platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in U.S. time zones (PST, MST, CST, EST).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and open to constructive feedback.
  • Certification in digital or social media marketing is preferred.
