Your Role
Develop and execute brand strategies that drive market leadership and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy: Define vision, core values, and voice guidelines across all locations.
• Market Positioning: Lead competitor analysis and target customer profiling.
• Consumer Insights: Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, NPS, review sentiment).
• Delivery Platform Management: Optimize menus/promotions on Uber Eats/DoorDash to increase sales contribution.
• Team Leadership
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3+ years F&B brand managementwith2+ successful restaurant case studies(submit PDF).
• 1+ years managing teams of 5+in restaurant/hospitality
• Deep F&B expertise: Menu psychology, local market adaptation, crisis management.
• Fluent English & Mandarin(for China-facing supply chain/vendors).
