  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop assets that meet team goals and drive brand continuity and perception.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Specialist on CG’s internal brand tracker to gather quarterly insights to drive strategic decision making.
  • As needed, conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies related to brand assets, industry changes, and research priorities to strengthen creative strategy.
  • Track and analyze business and competitive performance, leveraging data and insights to identify and incorporate avenues for growth .
  • Own CG’s organic social media strategy and oversee internal and external content creation, posting, and performance. Scope will include the creation and execution of influencer and user-generated content.

What you'll bring

  • 6-8 years experience in brand marketing
  • A high-energy, strong work ethic, and a natural ability to establish relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Hands on experience overseeing creative development and campaign execution on brand marketing channels
  • A data-driven orientation, and an understanding of the role of data in brand building and driving top and bottom-line results.
  • Experience leading agency partners across media and creative projects.
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Very strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation, including an ability to edit copy for sound grammar and punctuation use, and to write creative copy for digital advertising.
  • Strong creative judgment; an ability to assess digital and static creative and provide insights and feedback to make assets more impactful and able to drive results, and to incorporate an understanding of best practices,
  • Ability to operate independently and in teams; able to lead groups with minimal direction.
  • High levels of organization and accountability, with the ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities.
  • Understanding of strategy and business planning, fundamental marketing principles, data analysis, promotions, and project management.
  • Working knowledge of various data analysis and reporting tools and comfort in getting up to speed on new tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel or similar business intelligence tools.)
