Job Summary
The Brand Operations Team is dedicated to achieving a high level of operational excellence within the Harley-Davidson Brand Team, including budgetary responsibility, resource management, project and program management, and process improvement. The Brand Operations Lead is responsible for the effective administration of Creative workflow from intake to final delivery. This role will provide direct project/program management support to projects and strategic initiatives that have a significant impact on company success. This role will collaborate very closely with members of the Creative team as well as cross-functional partners and will be a key leader within the Brand Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities
Intake & Workflow Management
- Oversee the intake & workflow of Creative Projects:
- Develop, improve, and ensure adherence to Creative workflow processes
- Administer all infrastructure related to workflow and process, including work management software
- Supervise employees dedicated to process and workflow management
- Work with H-D cross-functional stakeholders who need to engage the Creative Team by establishing key requirements, conditions of success, timelines, and deliverables
- With Creative Leadership, ensure that approved projects are initiated and routed to the appropirate members of the Creative Team, and assist in briefing of the team
- Monitor project status throughout the process, ensuring the Creative Team is meeting their agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables, and provide updates as needed
- Own Project/Program Management for H-D initiatives and campaigns that will engage multiple parts of the creative team over a sustained period.
- Closely collaborate with other internal teams such as Campaign Management, Events & Experiential, Retail Marketing, and marketing channels such as organic social, paid social, email, web, and eCommerce to ensure overall success of the project or program
- Work to define creative needs and requirements for the program, ensuring creative asks are based on sound strategy and company goals
- Provide high-level oversight of the program or project, including facilitating appropriate creative review sessions, check-ins, and disseminating information as required
- Respond to evolving project needs and assist the Creative Team were needed in communicating with internal partners
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Creative project management experience in an agency environment or an internal creative team
- Experience in motorcycles preferred but not required
- Ability to design workflows and processes in conjunction with other leaders and team members
- Capacity to proactively identify, propose, and implement solutions that improve the team's processes, workflow, and outcomes
- Ability to work constructively with a variety of personalities and work styles and manage conflict when required
- Strong leadership skills: desire and ability to directly manage people as well as leading through example and influence
- Must be comfortable being a change agent
- Can break down complicated programs and tasks into actionable components
- Has strong organizational and communication skills
- Possess critical thinking and strategic thinking skills
