The Role
Bobbie is looking for an experienced, strategic, energized Brand Partnerships Lead who can continue to align the brand with the right partners to help educate consumers, further ignite the mission of the company, and bring in new awareness channels for the business as a whole.
You’ll get a deep understanding of Bobbie’s target market and come up with creative ways to work with brands that align with Bobbie’s target audience, mission, and values. Campaigns can range from digital to direct mail to virtual to IRL events and beyond. This person will be responsible for creating partnerships from the initial outreach to contract and term negotiations, to executing the launch and managing the campaign internally with stakeholders, and analyzing the performance after. You’ll also work closely with the Brand Marketing team to help amplify major brand campaigns and work cross-functionally to support other company-wide initiatives for key areas including community building, product launches, and more.
This role requires someone who is a self-starter, creative thinker, clear communicator, project manager, and open collaborator with strong relationship-building skills. The Brand Partnerships Lead serves a critical seat on the Marketing team to drive brand awareness and brand affinity and reports to the Director of Marketing.
What you will do:
- Create/manage key brand partners that you think will help Bobbie achieve our goals of shaking the stigma on parenting, raising brand awareness and growing our customer base.
- Manage a budget for activations with key brands and spend effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- You will be responsible for finding and reaching out to key decision makers at brands to introduce them to Bobbie and our mission, build strategic and strong relationships and friendships and serve as the brand ambassador of Bobbie to other companies in the baby space and beyond.
- You will work closely with Bobbie social team to amplify any partnership opportunity, create collaborations, giveaways, IG lives and events.
- Work with Bobbie for Change Lead to manage giveback and social good elements of partnerships.
- You will be able to work cross-functionally with the VP of Sales & Partnerships when revenue share and transactional components of partnership are activated on Bobbie’s E-Commerce site or the partner’s site.
- You’ll come up with creative ways for Bobbie to partner with brands and be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and campaign follow-up of each partnership.
- You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to understand larger marketing goals and initiatives and come up with ways to help amplify brand campaigns, product launches, and other company-wide needs.
- You will work closely with the other marketing team managers and leads including but not limited to design, social, and influencer to help bring your partnerships to life.
What we would like you have:
- Previous experience in brand partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the baby/parenting space.
- Ability to be a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Existing rolodex of contacts in the space is a plus.
- Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, Figma.
