Building Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance on building equipment
• Comply with all plant safety and work rules
• Trained and Licensed operation on a Genie Boom and Scissors Lift
• Work productively without direct supervision
• Properly maintain/administer parts supply system and PM system
• Proper attitude towards Quality, Safety, and Overall Productivity, including that of a team player. Must work well with others and accept responsibility for work performed
• Housekeeping Leave an area better than you found it
• Training classes/seminars in and out of plant some travel may be required
• Other duties as assigned by management

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications

• Formal Education in a Maintenance Discipline or proven experience
• Must complete aptitude suit case test
• Good Communications skills -- Reading/Writing/Listening
• Basic math skills
• Known by your current employer to be a hard working dependable employee
• Physical abilities to meet job responsibilities
• Detailed oriented
• Supply your own toolbox and tools
