Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Translate Business requirements into blueprints and specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
? Prepare Business Blueprints (BBP - detailed process description and requirements document) in projects.
? Configure and roll out SAP solutions according to the requirements
? Ensure that Business users are adequately trained for the new functionality
? Understand the related business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services
? Support Business and IS in the qualification of new business requests; qualify, estimate and priorities change requests

? Support the Maintenance team in incident and problem resolution
? Ensure work in the delivery domain is compliant with ABB standards
? Delivers activities within agreed schedules, costs and quality
? Work with various stakeholders in IS and Business to design and implement solutions and ensure their alignment to scope and objectives.
? Fair conversational and language skills + cross-cultural sensitivity (ability to interact with remote virtual teams through tele-cons and emails).
