Job Title: Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Industry Preference: Energy and Utilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with Energy & Utilities Industry experience and a minimum of an MBA education to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, operating models, capability blueprints, excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
• Develop business capability maps and roadmap
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the technology platform(s)
• Design and implement solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
• Development of Training materials and training to end users
• Stay current with Industry trends and best practices

• Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst(MUST HAVE)
• Strong understanding of CRM Functions (Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce etc.) for the respective industry
• Nice to have : CRM Technology Experience ( Salesforce / MS Dynamics / SAP CRM / Oracle CRM / Adobe / etc. )
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
