Job Description
Searching for a role where you can directly impact the company with your data acumen? Do you possess extreme attention to detail and love driving accountability? If so, read on and learn more about the Business Analyst role at InfoTrust.Â
First, a little about us: InfoTrust is a privacy-centric digital analytics solutions company, and is proud to be one of the largest independent Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Partners. As a company that focuses on helping our clients grow their own businesses and advance their analytics maturity and governance, we know the power of clean, compliant, and consistent data. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to help us “eat our own dog food,” and really use our internal systems and tools to be the most optimal version of ourselves.
The role:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for ultimately driving insights from data that help propel the company forward. What this looks like in terms of projects and day-to-day activities, includes, but is not limited to:
- Collaboration with teams to audit systems and tools for data accuracy
- Working towards correcting data accuracy, holding individuals and team accountable for inputs
- Connecting the data! This could be from a wide myriad of tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Applicant Tracking Systems, QuickBooks, etc…
- Deliver insights through regular KPI review meetings. Provide feedback/action items/recommendations to leaders across the organizationÂ
- Once you have a good understanding of the “big picture,” it is the expectation that the Business Analyst will develop and implement a data governance strategy to drive accountability and accuracy in a scalable fashion tied to a process (not a person)
Due to the responsibilities above, it is key that the person in this role understands how to drive accountability across teams and is comfortable with having ownership over data from multiple departments.Â
Additionally, the successful Business Analyst will have the following skills:
- Salesforce proficiency
- Experience holding others accountable for data
- Comfort running meetings and presenting data and findings
- An enthusiasm for data
- Excel proficiency with a strong understanding of data accuracy and its importanceÂ
- A “self-starter” approach with the ability to work solo and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Attention to detail
- Strong connection to our core values
Preferred:
- Although we know not all career journeys start with college, we think that a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, and/or Statistics would translate well to this role
- Experience with dashboarding tools, such as Google Data Studio, would be helpful, but not required. If you do not have this experience, in your first 90 days we will work with you to earn a Data Studio Certification.Â
- Local to Cincinnati -- Although we have a hybrid model, and over 50% of the organization is working remotely, it would be preferred that the person in this role was near our Blue Ash (Cincinnati area) HQ for key meetings with other operations team members.Â
