What You'll Do

• You will build strong stakeholder relationships in order to understand business challenges and collaboratively drive creative solutions.
• You will create dashboards & reports that provide actionable insights for commercial stakeholders
• You will collect, organize, and visualize data to succinctly communicate ideas, insights, and concise recommendations to partners and leadership
• You will help manage & maintain the suite of existing reports, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with users
• You will drive organizational change through clear and effective analytics coupled with strategic recommendations
• Grow into a thought leader by extending each analysis into process recommendations and potential improvements
• Manage and expand our data in Looker model to power robust, automated reporting and self-serve analytics for each user
• Further your knowledge of Looker’s capabilities (present and future) and apply them to Paro’s model
• You will grow and scale with the business
• Proactively identify areas for exponential growth and operational improvement

Requirements

• 2 years or more experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer insights, or marketing campaign effectiveness a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Experience working with SQL & proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You get excited by working with data, measuring performance, and making objective decisions based on quantitative and/or deductive reasoning
• Experience with PowerBI, Looker or other Data Visualization is required
• You're proactive and feel comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced work environment
• Whether it's via email or presentation, you're able to communicate complex information simply and clearly
• Strong track record in developing data solutions to real-world problems and comfort manipulating and managing complex data with one or more of the following tools: SQL, Looker, Python, R, Excel
