CL10 – Analyst / Consultant (Accenture Song)
Location: Melbourne
Role and Responsibilities

As part of Accenture Song’s Sales Advisory and Commerce capability, you will support clients in improving sales effectiveness and commercial performance through business process analysis, sales and financial analysis, and delivery support. The role focuses on analysing current‑state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of practical, customer‑centric solutions.
This is an individual contributor role suited to early‑career professionals who enjoy working across data, processes, and stakeholders. You will perform with a high degree of independence, contribute actively to discussions, and build subject‑matter expertise while working within structured project teams. Flexible office attendance is supported, with the expectation that you are able to attend the office or client sites as required to meet delivery and client needs.
The Role
As a CL10 Sales Analyst in Accenture Song, your responsibilities will include:
Analysing current‑state sales and commercial processes to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
Supporting the design of improved business and sales processes aligned to customer and commercial requirements
Performing business, financial, and sales data analysis to support insight generation and decision‑making
Developing analytical outputs using established methods, tools, and assets, including Excel‑based models and reports
Supporting program and project delivery activities, including planning, coordination, tracking, and status reporting
Preparing clear, client‑ready materials such as presentations, working documents, and analysis packs
Supporting stakeholder meetings and workshops through preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions
Collaborating with consultants and delivery teams to support implementation, change readiness, and adoption of new processes
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
Ideally up to 3 years’ experience in sales operations, business analysis, analytics, consulting, or commercial roles (candidates with up to 5 years’ experience will be considered where strongly aligned)
Strong analytical capability, particularly in Excel and structured analysis techniques
Experience analysing and documenting business or sales processes
Exposure to project coordination, PMO, or delivery support activities
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within team‑based delivery environments
Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce client‑ready outputs
Comfort working in environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity
