Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will coordinate all areas of system testing, implementation, and ongoing support. You will monitor business and system performance, provide consultation and support to a diverse client base, and resolve complex production issues. You will be responsible for leading major projects, estimating timelines and resources, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for business and technical improvements.
You will partner with a variety of stakeholders, including product owners, technology teams, and business users, to gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories, and guide the successful execution of enhancements and solutions across the enterprise.

- System Testing & Support: Coordinate system testing, support, and installation to ensure high-quality changes and system reliability.
- Consultation & Production Support: Provide daily production, business, and system consultation and support for a diverse client base.
- Project Leadership: Lead complex projects from inception to implementation, ensuring accurate project planning, timeline estimation, and resource management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders in communications, field integration, product development, and business teams to drive the implementation of process redesigns.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and identify potential system impacts.
- Agile Practices: Work closely with product owners to define a product vision, assist with backlog grooming, and participate in sprint planning and review meetings.
- User Support: Provide ongoing user support post-deployment, identify issues, and resolve technical challenges with our technology partners.
- Backlog Management: Help manage and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories and implementation goals.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-enterprise teams to create solutions that align with business needs and improve existing processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with PEGA platform or similar business process management tools.
