Business Analyst (IT Banking Project)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations with currency exchange & derivatives in the financial sector. Responsibilities: - Requirement gathering by communicating stakeholders and traders - Integrated PMOs and other project members to conduct the project - Meeting with the Tokyo head office. Qualifications: - Experience in IT business analysis in the banking sector : 7 - 10 years - Knowledge of finance, particularly exchange and derivatives (future, options) - English/Japanese language ability - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI. - Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC. - Experience with VBA and Python programming languages. - Experience with linked data and data analytics. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
