Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to act as the key interface between the business leaders/users and the Product Management to gather information, perform detailed requirements and product analysis, documenting processes, and functional / non-functional requirements for the product.

• Conducts requirement gathering workshops, meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Performs requirements analysis, documents and communicates the results to key stakeholders and Product Management teams
• Creates detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Determines and develops user requirements for products in production, to ensure maximum usability
• Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements products
• Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Business Analyst Role/Experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting expertise.
• Confidence working with all level of employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate issues as required.
• Experience working with enterprise level applications.
• Strong ability to capture requirements and help convert them to technical requirements.
• Agency experience highly desired.

Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-121,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
