In this role as Business Analyst Protective Security REFS, you will be a Senior Specialist for project delivery and operations in Protective Security.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies and procedures. Closely collaborate with global security.
• Support business needs in REFS Protective Security by implementing, enhancing, and continuously improving the key applications landscape.
• Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact. Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
• Adoption and development of agile, productization and DevOps practices.
• Managing operations stability and effective risk management.
• Providing feedback on customer experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven relevant industry/ business experience, ideally with IT background.
• Excellent project management and service delivery management skills.
• Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience with planning and risk management.
• Fluency in English.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Honeywell products preferred.
• Background in Global / Protective Security preferred.
