As a Business Architect:

This team member focuses on ensuring that current and planned work provides business value to the client. In addition, this team member will ensure that technical delivery team members have what they need to be successful, in terms of clear priorities and requirements, when they begin their engagement on a project. 

Responsibilities include:

• Lead interviews with diverse business, IT, and executive stakeholders followed by translating those interviews into actionable business use cases
• Analyze and prioritize business use cases based on customer feedback and technology dependencies
• Document high-level requirements
• Present diverse types of analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Create executive-level presentations and deliverables
• Partner with the customer and technical resources (internal and external) to create and maintain documentation
• Assist in clarifying requirements and/or translating business and technical requirements
• Balance multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders 
• Clearly communicate phData’s service offerings (Managed Services, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Data Coach) to existing and potential customers 
• Ensure customer success for phData offerings
• Establish and grow customer relationships within strategic accounts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in business analysis consulting or product development preferably within the Data and Analytics industry
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills including proven experience working with key stakeholders and customers
• Ability to translate detailed technical documentation into executive level presentations
• Customer relationship management including project escalations and participating in executive steering meetings
• Exposure to data governance concepts data quality, data ownership, data classification, data lineage, and data policies is preferred
