General Summary
This position will work with the Talent Development Manager to support the Talent Development (TD) team mission, which is to create talent and development opportunities that motivate, engage, and empower MEA employees.
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining content, managing/tracking workshop enrollment, and running reports on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the user information and training content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create, assign, and track all training records and requirements in the LMS.
- Respond to and resolve employee questions related to workshops and the LMS.
- Coordinate, gather, and analyze data to create training reports.
- Set up and manage user enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications for workshops.
- Maintain the Talent Development web page up to date with relevant content.
- Conduct research on various topics and gather relevant resources to support TD initiatives.
- Work with third-party vendors including contract and invoice processing.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using and supporting an LMS preferably SuccessFactors.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite including Teams, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
- 1-2 years of experience in adult education, corporate training, leadership development, or facilitation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and balance short-term/long-term needs using project management skills.
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Knowledge of content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Open Sesame).
- Experience working with third-party vendors and invoice processing.
Travel
Some domestic travel required.
