Strategy and business growth leader for Air Dominance domestic and international market. The focus of this position is to develop and help execute the strategy for MFC to address emerging the Air-to-Air and Air-to-Surface munitions market. This position is part of the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons Strategy and Business Development group. This group is tasked to define growth strategies and identify, quantify, and capture business growth opportunities. This position will also support international opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

The selected candidate will:• Support product development and integration into Developmental Test, Operational Test and Service Weapons Schools• Develop and provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to enable the most effective use of limited company resources in addressing U.S. Air Force and international missile markets• Help build campaign plans to capture new business, support capture teams and win competitions• Support development and execution of Keep Sold plans for ongoing programs• Communicate frequently with Government customers at the appropriate level• Participate in the development and implementation of new Air Dominance products, services, spiral development, and new business pursuits

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work and gain credibility with executive leadership, military and civilian leaders• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S Air Force fighter weapons programs• Have recent U.S. Air Force Fifth Generation aircraft experience• Broad industry and Department of Defense knowledge• Extensive experience building strong and productive relationships with key individuals in the U.S. military• Demonstrated ability to work closely with and lead a diverse team of experts to accomplish demanding tasks in limited timeframes• Ability to travel as required to support customer engagement• Ability to work in demanding, high stress environment • Existing relationships with key individuals in the U.S. Air Force• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills• Track record of exceptional performance in relevant assignments• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security / SCI Clearance

Desired skills

• Former U.S Air Force Officer with F-35 experience• Working knowledge of US military acquisition process, requirements development and budgetary process• Experience as part of U.S. Air Force HAF A5/7, HAF A8 and/or international programs (SAF/IA)

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $142,100 - $267,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
