THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
We have a fantastic team already in place; all we're missing is you: an experienced business development executive excited to take our staff augmentation service to the next level. You'll be focused on developing leads and prospects as we establish our staff augmentation service.
You'll work closely with our CEO, VP of Strategic Growth, marketing team, and delivery staff, using your past experiences to:
  • Research accounts to target via events and nurture campaigns with Adage marketing
  • Create outreach sequence cadences and messaging in CRM
  • Optimize outreach messaging and sequences based on success metrics and testing
  • Cultivate leads through to the opportunity stage using a strategic and data-driven approach
  • Qualify marketing-captured leads and keep sales-qualified leads warm
  • Lead opportunities via proposal creation, pitching, strategic follow-ups, and the first set of contracts
  • Manage sold accounts through the onboarding of an Adage account manager at around one year

Other opportunities with this role include quarterly training and career progression planning.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
  • 5+ years of demonstrated goal achievement in a business development role selling staff augmentation
  • A strategic mindset and drive for success
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in web technologies
  • An understanding of software dev, IT, infrastructure, and web development is a plus
