Business Development
Drives quality engagements by planning, structuring, and negotiating with strategic partners/customers to deliver success. Creates business value propositions based on company, partner, and/or customer needs that drive long-term value creation. Drives large scale (e.g., multi-year, high impact, high profile) customer and partner business initiatives by promoting and enabling joint-value creation, and selling of creative solutions for multiple lines of business. Develops and implements strategic engagement models that achieve business opportunities from the largest customers and partners, manage the customer and partner interface, and provide deal structure to close complex global deals.
Responsibilities:

• Develops internal and external relationships to establish a network of business and technical decision makers for assigned accounts.
• Articulates opportunities for Microsoft to create a business value proposition. Supports senior colleagues in execution of business value proposition. Engages customers and partners to highlight the value of Microsoft opportunities, leveraging internal stakeholders and escalating to senior colleagues as needed.
• Identifies actions to lead deal opportunities across deal stages. Identifies negotiation scenarios and escalates as appropriate. Closes opportunities using predefined program frameworks or templates.
• Assists with execution and deal management by communicating and reporting with Microsoft stakeholders. Tracks blocking issues and works with deal stakeholders to drive resolutions.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) degree with at least one quarter/semester to complete after internship .

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is from $7,600/month to $9,240/month
