Summary of the role:

Supporting the new business sales efforts collaborating with Regional Directors of Sales to achieve established sales targets. Specifically, the Inside Sales Representative will prospect leads via phone and e-mail outreach. In situations where no good contacts are available, they will utilize various tools to identify and update new contacts. Once contact is made, the Inside Sales Representative will introduce products, qualify the customer's needs, identify product interest, and arrange follow-up with the appropriate Director of Sales in the region the Inside Sales Representative is supporting.

In this role you'll:

• Daily - place calls and e-mail prospective leads, assessing interest, qualifying needs and creating opportunities to forward to Regional sales team
• Weekly - review progress with manager, attend training sessions and team meetings
• Customer facing - interact directly with existing and prospective customers

About the ideal candidate:

• College degree preferred
• 3 years of experience using MS Office tools, Amadeus products preferred
• 3 years working in a hospitality environment
• 3 years in a sales function
