Business Development Manager

```Duties```
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer data
- Lead and participate in project management initiatives to ensure successful execution of business development strategies

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills

Pay: $42,269.46-$97,107.81 per year
