We are looking for a Business Development Representative professional to identify, engage and close new partnerships for a new high growth initiative. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and making calls on potential partners with the ability to effectively engage and close on prospects. You will use strong communication skills to cultivate deep relationships with partners as well as our internal team. Responsibilities
- Identify client and publisher needs and formulate creative, effective strategies to deliver on key objectives
- Relationship building is essential to this role and our success
- Participate in reporting on progress and key metrics, identifying areas of opportunity and formulating strategies to achieve targets
- Set meetings and calls
ExperienceÂ
- Experience as a BD Rep or Sales Account Executive
- Experience cold calling and prospecting, preferably in the performance marketing space
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed established sales goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Comfortable in a fast paced, startup environment a strong plus
- Must be organized and able to adapt to a changing work environment
The expected salary range for this position is $30,000 USD to $40,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
