The position plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through targeted outreach and research. Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, the Business Development Representative helps convert interest into high-quality opportunities and supports long-term account growth. The role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on execution, offering strong exposure to complex project cycles and enterprise stakeholders. Accountabilities:
Drive lead generation and pipeline development through proactive outreach and structured qualification processes.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients and generate interest.
- Qualify inbound leads and perform discovery calls to assess customer needs and fit.
- Research target accounts to identify active and upcoming major projects, mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Execute personalized outreach strategies to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and marketing teams to support coordinated growth efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking interactions and pipeline progress.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through consistent communication and engagement.
- Meet daily activity targets and performance metrics related to outreach and lead conversion.
- Previous experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally within SaaS or construction technology industries, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience using CRM systems and outreach tools for lead management and prospecting.
- Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and manage high-volume outreach activities.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
