About the Role:
We are currently expanding our Channel Team in North America and hiring a Business Development Representative, Partnerships. This role will report into the Head of Channel Sales.
The Partnerships BDR is a critical new role that will help the Channel organization scale sourced revenue for Bloomreach. This role will support the partner management team in various functions, including partner recruitment, pre and post-event outreach, sales presentations, and content creation. The role will also support the Head of Channel Sales in executing go-to-market strategies for top strategic ISV partnerships.
This is a quota-carrying role for someone who is passionate about creating and nurturing partnerships, building a strong network in the e-commerce community, eager to learn and grow, and sees their future career path as a seasoned partner manager.
The Partnerships BDR is pivotal, as you will have the ability to make a material difference immediately. You'll be able to accelerate Partner Channel growth, a highly visible team at Bloomreach that doubles sourced leads YoY. You will have the opportunity for your voice to be heard and for you to help guide the programmatic growth of the Bloomreach partner ecosystem. Your job will be to:- Create new, partner sourced opportunities in alignment with the Americas Channel Sales teamÂ
- Support the Head of Channel Sales with driving go to market activity with a handful of strategic technology partnersÂ
- Support the Strategic Technology Partner Manager with creating customized, personalized presentations for pursuits with Ecommerce Platform partnersÂ
- Maximize the impact of partner events with pre and post event outbounding campaigns using Salesloft, Potion, Outreach and Linkedin Â
- Create content campaigns that drive new leads for the technology and agency partner teamsÂ
- Support agency and SI partner recruitment efforts.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration, meet objectives and targets aligning partner goals with our companyâs objectives.
- In 30 days, you will learn the Bloomreach solution set and how partners play a role.
- In 60 days, you will present the Bloomreach pitch, develop a plan for supporting each partner manager, and prioritize tasks.
- In 90 days, you will successfully execute against those plans and drive channel pipeline.
- SDR/BDR with 2-5 years of experience in building relationships in a SaaS environment or 5 years in sales. Possess a hunter mentality.
- Marketing, education, and ecommerce industry experience is a plus.
- Passionate about working in this space, eager, and self-motivated. Hungry to learn and make an impact.
- Be proactive and take initiative.
- Confident, stellar at communication, especially drafting pitches, writing, and verbally communicating.
- Curiosity and the will to strive towards excellence.
- Highly organized, adaptable, excellent time management skills, positive attitude.
- Be a builder, someone with enormous energy who thrives on building trusting partnerships that are mutually beneficial for both Bloomreach and the partners.
The on-target-earnings range for this position is $72,000-$95,000 (base + commission). The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
