As a BDR, you will be part of a close team that works together to ensure we hit our company's monthly targets. We provide continuous sales coaching and training for you to become a top salesperson. Our sales team focuses on personal development and internal promotions. Most of our AEs and managers have come from the BDR organization.
The BDR position is focused on cold prospecting with responsibility for generating new business opportunities. Once you have a prospect interested in learning more about the software you will complete a discovery call to qualify the company and schedule a demonstration with our Account Executives to sell our software.
We are looking for people who demonstrate coachability, grit, a growth mindset, and a passion for a career in sales.
What you'll do:
  • Maintain a high cadence of targeted outreach sales calls/cold calls into our target market
  • Directly contact 60+ potential customers per day via phone calls, follow up emails, social and video
  • Qualify leads and schedule online demos for the account executive team.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper and G-Suite to manage the lead generation process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Attend and participate in all teams trainings, role plays and meetings
  • Become a subject matter expert on our industry and technology

What you'll bring:
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 1 -2 years of sales or relevant experience
  • Open mindedness to making outbound calls to prospective company provided leads
  • 'Hunter' mentality in seeking out new business and an insatiable desire to succeed
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years Sales experience preferred
  • 1-2 years SaaS experience preferred
  • 1-2 years Field Services industry experience preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $35,000 - $50,000 + commissions. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
