Position Title: Business Development Representative, SaaS Sales
About the role
As a Business Development Representative at LTK, you will be a key member of our Brand partnerships team. You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects as well as finding new potential sales. Additionally, you will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the Sales Executives for next steps. This role will be responsible for identifying and refining LTK’s outbound strategy. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or media industry is highly preferred. You will work closely with cross functional teams and alongside an amazing and talented team of Account Executives who are equally passionate about LTK in a fun and collaborative environment.Â
This role reports into SaaS Sales Manager, and is 100% remote
How you will make an impact
- Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, email and other sales automation tools to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and AEs
- Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Work cross functionally with marketing and onboard teams to qualify leads and help route with speed and accuracy
What you will bring to LTK
- 1+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Sales Development, or equivalent roleÂ
- Enjoy working in a collaboratively driven and lively environment, achieving your goals while also making others around you better
- Hardworking, thoughtful, and insightful in your communication. Know your stuff, so you can think on your feet in a conversation
- Ability to network and form relationships internally and externally
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with email campaigns and Hubspot preferred
- Ability to build outstanding customer relationships
- Strong English communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback
