Business Program Manager
As a Business Program Manager, you will be working with a variety of stakeholders from across the company to craft, analyze, orchestrate, and improve various programs and processes at the strategic level. You'll be part of an agile team that serves in a fast-paced environment integrating with both customers and internal organizations. You will have the opportunity to impact sales, revenue generation and drive business results through worldwide program execution.
Responsibilities:

• Provides the end-to-end delivery of products, services, processes, or technologies (through projects and programs), by using established project, program, and process management methodologies.
• Develops, builds, runs, and improves consistent, predictable, and measurable processes and services that align with policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Builds trusted partnerships to enable great experiences.

Business Management
Manages the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of a leader, including driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning and executing department agendas, driving budget planning process and ongoing review, and managing workforce planning activities. Maximizes/extends the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader's strategy, conducting external engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leader. Monitors the organizational health and drives the health and culture of the organization. Ensures continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution and/or leader alignment. Participates in a variety of special projects/programs and initiatives, as needed. May drive accountability managing business metrics such as scorecards and/or defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities

• Supports the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
• Collaborates with partners and Microsoft teams to ensure design, communication, and alignment in creation and implementation of strategy execution plans. Follows best practices for strategy, consolidates information, and advocates for and prepares information to support the presentation of business cases to leader. Researches and prepares information for the team. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and aids in data-driven decisions.
• Supports the annual budget process under the direction of others. Manages headcount for the organization. Tracks financial progress to date against budget.
• Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Engages in project management efforts.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) degree with at least one quarter/semester to complete after internship.

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is from $7,600/month to $9,240/month.
