Summary

A Process Modelling specialist is responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that processes are well-defined, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create detailed visual representations of business processes using tools like Visio or ADONIS
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Ensure all Process Models and documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Understand and apply principles of process management to design and optimize business processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure processes meet their needs
  • Facilitate process development workshops and socialization meetings with stakeholders
  • Support in developing and maintain process performance metrics and dashboards
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide training and support to employees on new or updated processes
  • Ensure processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with process mapping tools, preferably ADONIS or similar tools.
  • Fundamental understanding of the process mapping architecture and various components of the tool
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and standards in process modelling.
  • Ability to conduct process assessments and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Experience in regulated environments, particularly the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within diverse team settings, effectively operating and influencing others to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to lead functional-technical discussions and deliver business-oriented, value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent capability to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in handling stakeholder needs and ensuring strict adherence to principles and standards.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated, practical, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Science, or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in process mapping features such as smart modelling, automated workflows, process simulation, reporting and dashboards, to deliver value and insights to the business.
  • Additional certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in creating appealing dashboards to identify process deviations and pain points using process and task mapping technologies.
  • Skills in managing change and guiding teams through transitions.
