About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HCP (Healthcare Provider) Business Services Executive - Central Region to join our team. You’ll manage a territory consisting of the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and helping with existing business growth & retention. The top priority will be providing a high-touch level of service & support to our professional partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and a deep understanding of inside sales and customer experience. This roles reports to the Director, Professional Channel Business Services.

Please Note: While Nutrafol is a remote-first company, this role requires candidates are based within the assigned territory (listed above) and in the US Central Time Zone.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and consistently achieve and surpass quotas
  • Drive new business revenue by effectively prospecting, identifying, and engaging with potential Healthcare Provider accounts
  • Collaborate closely with our BDM team to ensure a holistic approach to the growth of our professional partners
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new & potential partners through consultative selling, understanding needs, and tailoring solutions to help HCPs achieve their goals
  • Leverage your skills to build relationships with existing HCP accounts, drive increased retention, and expand our product portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries and requests in your assigned territory, offering personalized and top-tier customer experience via phone and email
  • Develop and maintain a high level of clinical and product knowledge to effectively communicate, generate new business, and provide ongoing practice development support
  • Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each professional partner
  • Work closely with marketing and science teams to align messaging and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement
  • Provide responsive, customer-centric service in all business services-related duties
  • Onboard partners to the Growth Partner Platform and provide ongoing support to our Growth Partners and their patients
  • Effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the BSE team to share best practices and achieve team goals to maximize HCP growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Inside and/or External Sales experience, with a strong focus on Customer Service
  • 3+ years experience developing and managing market channel relationships
  • Previous experience with SFDC, Shopify, Shipmonk, or related platforms
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and engage in a collaborative manner
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals

Preferred:

  • Aesthetic industry experience
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$65,000$75,000 USD
