About You
We are looking for a proven professional who will significantly contribute to our rapidly growing team! As our Business Services Executive, you will be responsible for driving and solidifying new sales growth in both new and existing Nutrafol accounts.Β
The Strategy: Generate leads and new accounts, cultivating and supporting them, providing them a First Class experience with Nutrafol.Β
The Goal: Establish the account to where it can ultimately be serviced and supported by the field Sales Team to further solidify and grow the business.
Our ideal candidate will be highly responsive and able to present, sell and close with a sense of urgency, providing White Glove service and support. Responsibilities
- Provide superior responsive customer service and perform related duties with the highest degree of professional, customer-centric focus.
- Generate and enthusiastically respond to our current and future Professional Partners.
- With the highest level of Clinical and Product expertise, place a heavy focus on generating New Business and provide ongoing supportive practice development of Nutrafol usage.
- Provide support and coverage for any assigned vacancy or white space across the country.
- Assist with all inbound calls whether to the professional or customer service line.
- Grow existing business by cross-selling, up-selling & providing consistent educational and marketing resources &Β practice support.
- Build relationships to increase order frequency, staying consistently connected to the customer, via phone, e-mail, webinars.
- Use a consultative sales approach to strengthen relationships with prospects and current partners, always keeping them updated on new product offerings and patient usage and support.
- Follow up and convert inbound leads daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts.
- Working in collaboration with not only the BSE team but also field sales to maximize customer growth and retention.
- Utilize SFDC routinely and consistently to track pertinent information related to the opportunity and to effectively manage the customer base.
- Being able to work cross functionally with business operations and corporate functions.
- Maintain accounts by updating emails, contact information, specialty & other account information.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Inside and/or External Sales experience with a strong focus on Customer Service.
- 3+ years experience developing and managing Market channel relationships.
- Previous experience with SF.com, ZenDesk or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Aesthetic industry experience preferred.
- Fully remote work experience, including a one-time allowance for home office setup
