Summary
Clients strategy is responsible for managing our goals by measuring them and improving our processes to achieve our mission.
What you'll do
-
Challenge the status quo suggesting and implementing changes based on “connecting the dots” on things that come up repeatedly to find solutions for them in close collaboration with the teams

Create new processes and improve current ones

Guide the strategy design (goals and metrics) of the Customer Success and Sales teams
-
Analyze the area's current issues and work on action plans to solve them
-
Request collect and analyze data to bring insights to the team and the strategy
-
Create dashboards
-
Managing tools and executing basic governance tasks
-
Elaborating reports.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Corporate experience
-
Fluent in English
-
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
-
Graduation degree in any area
-
Basic knowledge of Project Management
-
Desirable knowledge of Intermediary level in Spanish
-
Desirable experience abroad or working with global teams
-
Desirable knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA process mapping and root cause analysis
-
Desirable knowledge of these tools: Looker; Looker Studio; Jira; Hubspot; Monday; Slack; Microsoft Dynamics; Power BI
-
Desirable experience with Customer Success and Sales areas.
