Summary

Clients strategy is responsible for managing our goals by measuring them and improving our processes to achieve our mission.

What you'll do

  • Challenge the status quo suggesting and implementing changes based on “connecting the dots” on things that come up repeatedly to find solutions for them in close collaboration with the teams

  • Create new processes and improve current ones

  • Guide the strategy design (goals and metrics) of the Customer Success and Sales teams

  • Analyze the area's current issues and work on action plans to solve them

  • Request collect and analyze data to bring insights to the team and the strategy

  • Create dashboards

  • Managing tools and executing basic governance tasks

  • Elaborating reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Corporate experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Graduation degree in any area

  • Basic knowledge of Project Management

  • Desirable knowledge of Intermediary level in Spanish

  • Desirable experience abroad or working with global teams

  • Desirable knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA process mapping and root cause analysis

  • Desirable knowledge of these tools: Looker; Looker Studio; Jira; Hubspot; Monday; Slack; Microsoft Dynamics; Power BI

  • Desirable experience with Customer Success and Sales areas.
