The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to work with all internal teams and business units within Poppulo, to support the day-to-day functionality of our core business systems. The BSA will play an integral part in the streamlining of business processes. This position requires a curious and proactive mindset along with demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills. The BSA will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects while communicating status updates to respective stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for system changes
- Ensure users have appropriate levels of access to core business systems
- Maintain BizOps internal ticketing requests and complete tickets within SLA
- Coordinate internal QA and external UAT efforts with impacted business users
- Deliver technical training sessions and enablement materials for new features within core business systems
- Support and train with Salesforce, Netsuite and OpenAir Administrators
- Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for business as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation of Poppulo SOPs and Process Changes
- Other responsibilities and project tasks as assigned
Candidate Expertise Required
- B.A./B.S. in IT-related field or finance degree
- Experience in systems migrations, digital transformations or post-stabilization system efforts recommended
- Min 1 year experience in Salesforce, Knowledge of Salesforce including Best Practices
- Strong written, verbal communications and organizational skills
- Experience in other Tech Stack tools – Netsuite, OpenAir, Hubspot, Ringlead, LeanData recommended.
