Your MissionÂ
As a Business Systems Analyst at SADA, you will work with Professional Services Delivery Teams, Google, and clients to document requirements, collaborate with engineering to implement requirements, and perform testing to ensure requirements traceability. Your role will be specialized in Google Cloud Platform, in particular as a Google Cloud Marketplace subject matter expert.

Primary Duties Include:
- Become a Google Cloud Marketplace System subject matter expert, in particular understanding pricing models, approval requirements, and technical integration requirements
- Lead business & systems requirements discovery & documentationÂ
- Communicate technical and business requirements with engineers, programmers, designers, and clients
- Ensure requirements traceabilityÂ
- Coordinating website application testingÂ
- Consult on development and technical documentation
- Work with PM to identify risks, issues, and scope changes
- Experience facilitating training and working sessions.
- Help improve analyst best practices and methodologiesÂ
- Assist with business development efforts shaping our Cloud Marketplace service offeringÂ

Expectations
Required Travel - 10% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touch points occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.Â
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- 3 years of experience as business systems analyst working with SaaS products, e-commerce, or CMS systems as a Business Analyst
Required Qualifications:Â
- Experience working with a web development team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, etc
- Capable of technical writing, including development of user-facing technical documents
- Exposure to marketing, including developing collateral such as landing pages
- An understanding of user experience and design-oriented thinking, including developing UX design documents, e.g. personas and user stories
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team, developing content and gathering feedback early using an iterative sprint process
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to productively interact with business & technical client stakeholders
- Website application UAT experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
- Experience with work management tools like Smartsheets & Jira
Useful Qualifications:
- Experience with ecommerce, SaaS products, marketplaces, and/or GCP
- Prior experience working with business development to define product or solution offering roadmaps
