Business Systems Analyst - Workday Financials

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understand the current finance applications eco-system at Nextdoor
• Design and develop new scalable processes while partnering with business and cross functional teams effectively
• Have a clear understanding of end to end business requirements before developing solutions
• Deep technical and business understanding of enterprise integrations, enterprise systems, and process data flows
• Responsible for documenting and gaining alignment on solutions with business and cross functional teams
• Drive the implementation of solutions meticulously on time and within budget
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore resources to deliver quality solutions
• Review Workday roadmap and releases to assess new features that can be leveraged by Nextdoor business
• Passion for continuous improvement, constant learning, and ability to adapt new technologies

• 7+ years of experience in business applications implementation and solutions with focus in order to cash area and the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
• Experience with Accounting, especially an understanding of order to cash processes on Accounting
• Experience with Nextdoor’s systems and tools, which include Salesforce CRM, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Prism and Nextdoor’s Engineering platform
• Working knowledge of Data-related activities, including Data reconciliation and Analytics
• Experience in sales commissions process. Knowledge of Xactly application is preferred
• Experience working in Agile methodology

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $129,000 to $211,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.

We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.

Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
