ExtraHop is seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about Business Applications to join our  team. As Business Systems Specialist you will lead end-to-end oversight and tactical execution of implementing and maintaining GTM business applications. You will play a crucial role in the success of supporting our business units bringing in and administering new and existing technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess business process requirements by analyzing the structure and flow of the work to identify possible application solutions.

• Manage the installation and testing of new business applications.

• Assure that business applications and modules are kept current.

• Manage existing application upgrades and new application implementations including leading cross departmental teams during the upgrade/implementation process.

• For new applications that are introduced to the organization: create develop and oversee protocols and procedures for usage.

• Maintain an application documentation library.

• Provide technical support related to application software systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Create and maintain processes and protocols for application acquisition.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of  hands-on experience within an evolving  GTM tech

• 5+ years of administering GTM business applications applications such as LeanData Full Circle High SpotCrossbeam Workspan Gainsight

• Deep understanding of Marketing automation platforms (Eloqua and Pardot Preferred)  and Marketing functions (Demand ABM etc)

• Experience Working B2B companies and Tech involved to support those processes. (Forecasting Pipeline Management Territory Management)

• Self Motivated problem solver with strong ability to think critically

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience Fresh Service

• Able to prioritize workload

• Experience with Salesforce a Plus

$80770 - $101770 + benefits+ options
