Business Transformation Intern

ABOUT THIS POSITION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help document and standardize Transformation playbooks for recurring initiatives (e.g. client upgrades back‑office system upgrades M&A workstreams).
• Inventory and consolidate existing project artifacts into reusable templates and toolkits.
• Support documentation of cross‑functional ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes.
• Gain exposure to active Transformation initiatives by shadowing projects and capturing lessons learned.
• Assist with internal summaries leadership readouts and reference materials.
• Contribute to a final capstone deliverable (e.g. playbook toolkit or improvement recommendations).

• How complex cross‑functional initiatives are structured and executed at a healthcare technology company.
• How organizations scale execution through standardization playbooks and operating discipline.
• Practical experience building tools and frameworks used by senior leaders and delivery teams.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising junior or senior); 3.2 GPA or above.
• Strong organizational communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structure.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Preferred (not required):

• Exposure to project management operations or strategy coursework.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence SharePoint Jira or Smartsheet.
• Interest in consulting transformation program management or operations.

• Duration aligned to academic term.
• Reports into the Business Transformation organization.
• Hands‑on role with meaningful ownership mentorship and executive visibility.
