In this Job, you will be part of our EcoStruxure Innovation Journey. Our 3 layered EcoStruxure platform consisting of Connected Devices, Edge Control, Apps/Analytics & Services on Cloud. You will be contributing in developing core technologies related to Edge Control layer and Apps/Analytics and services layer of the EcoStruxure platform.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is adept in building Software Products for Industrial Automation domain. Your primary responsibility will be to work as a senior developer in an Agile team to deliver industry leading solutions for various Business needs based on the Windows Platform.

• Job Description:
  
  We are seeking a highly experienced Senior C++ Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in C++ programming, with extensive hands-on experience in QT on embedded hardware. A strong understanding of Wind River or Timesys or any other embedded operating systems is essential.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications for embedded hardware.
  
  
  
  • Utilize QT framework to create user interfaces and applications.
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
  
  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  
  
  
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  
  
  
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  
  
  
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of professional experience in C++ programming.

• Extensive hands-on experience with QT on embedded hardware.

• Strong understanding of Wind River and Timesys operating systems.

• Proficient in debugging and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of network protocols and security.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.
