Zendesk is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager, expert in demand generation through Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This role focuses on supporting regional campaigns to drive pipeline and create both new and expansion business across Latin American countries for our key segments. The manager will work closely with the global campaigns team to adapt and enhance global campaigns for the region, ensuring alignment with local market needs and demand generation goals. This is an individual contributor role with support from other team members. The manager will be based in SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil, and will report to the LATAM Campaign Marketing Director, based in the same city.
Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution
-
Develop, adapt, and execute comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads in the LATAM region.

Implement regional marketing campaigns in alignment with global strategies and local market requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within budget and scope, enhancing the impact of global campaigns in the LATAM region.

Multi-Touch Approach

Employ a multi-touch approach, integrating channels such as email, webinars, search and display, social media, PR, content, in-product messaging, direct mail, and e-gifts.

Provide relevant content at each step of the customer journey, with the support of the creation of e-books, infographics, vĂdeos, etc.

Content curation for in-person and online events.

Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing & sales teams to support lead generation, MQLs, pipeline, and bookings in the LATAM region.

Foster strong relationships with regional stakeholders, partners, and the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals.

Cross-collaborate with global campaigns teams and regional marketing teams.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROMI.

Prepare and present detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Use data-driven approaches to continually improve campaign performance, focusing on demand generation.

Budget Management

Assist in developing and managing the regional marketing budget.

Track and manage campaign expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROMI.

Additional Responsibilities
-
Cross-support marketing initiatives, such as event audience acquisition, digital customer journeys, campaigns for lead follow-up, direct mail, 3rd party channel campaigns, partner marketing, event execution, etc.

Localization review and adaptation of global campaigns.

Qualifications

Data-driven and fast learner.

Experience with marketing funnel management and pipeline generation accountability.

Over 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns.

Excellent writing skills, content creation, and event agenda curation.

Enjoy working cross-functionally with local and global teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable with constant changes and adaptable to new scenarios in a fast-paced, growing company.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

University Degree & Post-Graduation.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
Also Preferred

Tools: Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Data Studio, Google Sheets, Outreach, On-24, and other email and webinar platforms.

Image Editing Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Video editing is a plus.

Previous experience in a SAAS company in the LATAM region.

*Native or fluent in Spanish is a significant plus.*
