Essential Job Functions
o Develops annual plan for integrated marketing campaigns program
o Collaborates with offering teams (service lines marketing and partners marketing), creative services, regional business teams and agencies on the development of programs and content
o Contributes to / Designs marketing campaigns
o Identifies campaign targets working with region's portfolio marketing leads
o Leads the execution of marketing campaigns
o Teams with sub-regions (LATAM) to extend marketing campaigns locally
o Tracks and reports on marketing program and campaign results
o Presents results to various stakeholders and leadership
o Identifies best practices for campaign execution
o Communicates key offering activities and local campaigns to regional business teams monthly
o Builds lead nurturing strategy and "always-on" campaigns
o Develops lead nurturing process leveraging Marketo and collaborating with inside sales team
Basic Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Bachelor's degree marketing, communications or related field preferred
o Six or more years of marketing communications experience
o Digital campaign execution experience
o Program/project management experience
o IT services or technology industry experience a plus
Other Qualifications
o Well-rounded knowledge of marketing fundamentals, campaign strategies and planning
o Experience with digital campaign tools and platforms (ex. Marketo, LinkedIn)
o Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
o Notable experience and strong project management skills
o Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage virtual teams/lead programs and projects
o Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of leadership and functional disciplines
o Strong ability to influence and drive consensus
o Self-starter; quick learner
