THE TEAM:
The Campaign Operations team is at the center of the ad delivery process. They are responsible for trafficking and creating our client's campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
THE ROLE:
As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will be the one of the most senior team members. You will oversee a team of Campaign Operations Supervisors and Specialists level 2 across multiple client accounts.Â
Your role involves supporting and developing your team, bridging communication between them and the Client Solutions team, covering a breath of administrative responsibilities and driving operational efficiency as well as strategic growth.
You will be bringing to life the department strategic roadmap ensuring all stakeholders involved have the necessary set of tools, skills and knowledge to succeed.
What will you do:
- Campaign Execution: Adapt your expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact – including social (Facebook, Twitter), programmatic media via DSPs and on search (SEM/PPC: Google, Bing, etc) to Kepler processes and ways of working. Successfully executed campaign setup, trafficking, building, and reporting tasks for the assigned clients/accounts.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources such as staffing, cross client flex capacity, platform access, and materials to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. Develop schedules, workflows, and procedures to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Quality Control: Establish and follow quality standards, implement quality control processes, and monitor performance to identify and address any issues or deviations from these standards across all the client teams you oversee.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of Campaign Operations Supervisors and Specialists Level 2 (might include COS1 in some instances) Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and morale.Â
- Staff Management: Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Run regular 1:1 and group meetings, deliver feedback, and craft action plans.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant internal policy regulations and corporate standards following both US and CR based guidelines. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Perform administrative duties in line with CR employment law such as approve time off requests, and manage sick leave
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: conduct yearly performance reviews and track and regularly analyze key performance metrics results to evaluate the effectiveness of operations. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Team Representation and Coordination: Act as the senior representative for the Campaign Operations team. Partner with the Client Solutions and Campaign Ops leadership to maximize cross-team integration, ensure successful task transitions, and follow best practices.
- Strategic Planning:Â Execute the Campaign Operations roadmap ensuring relevant project adaption when needed, timelines being met, and feedback is being circulated accordingly. Regularly measuring success alongside the leadership teams across solutions, center of excellence and operational teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication between English and Spanish, B2 level required.
- 3+ years experience in digital media (display, mobile, social, search, etc.) in ad operations required.
- 3+ years of experience in people management in a similar role is required. Experience in managing large teams is desired.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a solid ability to create and build relationships amongst international teams.
- After a reasonable adaptation period, the ability to work independently, prioritize department decisions and projects accordingly.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in a process-driven environment.
- Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans across many technological platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and Internet technologies
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
- Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. All majors accepted, preferably related to communications and advertising.
